In 1932 Ringarooma Co-operative Butter, Cheese and Bacon Factory Company Ltd changed it's name to North-Eastern Co-operative Co-operative Dairy Society Ltd.

1966 Scottsdale Co-operative Dairy Society Ltd amalgamated with the business.

1974 a controlling interest in Toppa Products (Tasmania) Pty Ltd was acquired.
In 1981 the business amalgamated with United Milk Products Ltd, Nedco Co-operative Society Ltd and Nedco Stores Pty Ltd to form United Milk Tasmania Ltd.
